At Celestia Couture, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please review our policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.

 


 

 

30-Day Returns

 


We offer returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.


To qualify for a return, items must be:

 

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • With original packaging and tags intact

  • Returned within 30 days from the date of delivery

 


Once your return is approved, a return label will be provided where applicable.

 


 

 

Refund Process

 


Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.


Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

 


 

 

Exchanges

 


If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 


 

 

Important Notes

 

 

  • Refunds are not issued for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or appearance due to lighting, screen settings, or material characteristics do not qualify as defects.

  • Sizing guidance is provided on each product page; individual fit preferences are not considered defects.

 

 


 

 

Product Construction & Presentation

 

 

  • Certain products may include internal linings, structural layers, or inner materials that are not intended to be visible during normal wear. These elements are part of the garment or product construction and do not constitute a defect.

  • Natural creasing, folding, or shaping of materials may occur due to packaging, handling, or design and are not considered quality issues.

  • Perceived differences in quality, finish, or expectations do not constitute a defect if the item matches its description and intended design.

 

 


 

 

Final Sale Items

 


For transparency and fairness, items marked as Sale, Clearance, or purchased using a promotional or discount code are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.


Refunds are only granted if an item is confirmed to be defective (manufacturing fault) or if an incorrect item was delivered.


Where returns are exceptionally accepted outside of these conditions, a 25% restocking fee may apply.

 


 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.


Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

 


 

 

Return Approval

 


All returns must be reviewed and approved by our support team prior to being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
